CBD stands for Cannabidiol, a substance that is found in the cannabis plant. While the first opinion of this makes CBD sound like a psychoactive stimulus, it’s not. It actually provides your dog with a calming and pain-relieving sensation without harming them with potential intoxicating effects.
CBD oil or CBD hemp oil (which is extracted from the hemp plant) acts by targeting receptors located in the brain, organs, central nervous system, and immune cells that stimulate relaxing effects. This means that your dog will not get high as there is not THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) found in our treats.
CBD may help your pet that suffers with one or more of the following symptoms*:
- Reduces Anxiety
- Helps with Seizure and Epilepsy Management.
- Boost Appetite.
- Helps with relieve Chronic Pain / Arthritis.
- And more!
